How many days to make an exchange?

• The deadline for any exchange is 5 days once the purchase is received.
• amarella reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

To make an exchange you need to meet the following requirements:

• Product with its original label
• Never have worn the product
• The product in its original condition.

SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS. 

• If you are not happy with your order we offer you a store credit or you can exchange it for any other item available on our page.

• we do not offer the exchange policy for items with DISCOUNT or that are in SALE. These are FINAL SALE items!
